【大益「辛亥百年纪念」1911g 大饼茶 - 3 年陈】

　　今天又是除夕，浮雲实在是太忙了，赶紧在 2014 年的最后一刻，把想持续每一年要评述一次的《大益「辛亥百年纪念」1911g 大饼茶》笔记整理出来。否则，十年过后，有某一年是缺失了追踪茶评，那将是一个遗憾。虽然浮雲最近还是那样忙，也得坚持先把这份报告优先处理。还好，2012 年及2013 年时已更新评述过一次，那网页框架与表格可以借用，只需改动内容和拍新照片，算是比较快的一份茶评。

　　这套大益「辛亥百年纪念」1911g 大饼茶（包括：「巍峨中山（生）」、「江山美人（熟）」、「黄河青山（熟）」与「百年回甘（生）」）是三年前，市场哗然的首款大益天价大师系列茶品，浮雲在刚推出上市的时候就买下来，并详细地写下了意见。两年前（2012 年）浮雲认为，如果可以每年都为这套装茶作一个短评，跟踪此套茶的陈化进程，相信会是一件挺有意思的事情。因此，今年赶紧在 2014 年的最后一刻，发表本年度的茶评。

　　浮雲十分明白，如果又长篇大论地评述此套茶，有相当的部份是重复的，因此，浮雲只把各款茶品的陈化摘要，以表列的形式呈现，目的是方便茶友比较：

2014年开茶茶香深广、怡人大树茶香、清幽迷人、柔醇、厚重、高端清爽、高端熟茶香、厚实、没有渥堆味、熟茶轻陈味、优雅怡人厚重、爽朗、开扬、丰富、有质感、木质香、略陈、少量海鲜味开扬、清爽、厚重、微蜜甜、青涩感进一步减少、非常轻轻烟熏味、开始转醇厚

2014年口感水厚、爽口、收敛性强、大树茶口感丰富、茶汤趋醇厚。喝后生津、涩感少了许多。轻回甘感觉自然舒适，预期越陈越香！清爽、甜美、醇厚、圆润、高端、略陈、幼滑感。优质熟茶口感之中带厚实回甘，依旧「口感优雅细致，温润如玉」，大益熟茶代表作浓稠、厚重、爽滑、甜易入口。发酵度适中，茶汤有活力，爽朗，渐渐醇化浓稠、滑溜、水厚质佳、有质、略转花韵、高端的大益茶配方。回甘持久生津、爽口，甜美清晰讨好。苦涩度比 2013 年再减低了，更易接受。赞！

　　四款茶品，虽然只有 3 年陈期，但部份茶品的茶味，已有所进步，不过与去年的评茶评分来看，茶味变化之进步程度，未足以作评级之调整，而价格亦不见大幅波动。故此，四款茶品的「现饮评级」、「陈化评级」及「性价评级」与 2013 年完全相同。此套茶仍然是相当值得收藏陈化的。

【2014年四茶意见总评】

　　经过三年的陈化，每款的「大益辛亥百年纪念茶 1911g」都有相当使浮雲感到高兴的进步，渐入佳境，越陈越香。

　　「巍峨中山（生）」的口感更进一步，青涩感进一步减低之余，走势趋向醇厚；考虑到近年大树茶的价格上升，虽然这套茶品三年前是骂声一片的天价茶品（骂其高价格），但相比起今天的新茶而言，性价比越来越强。所以在新的大树茶相当昂贵的情况下，「巍峨中山（生）」已不觉有那种当年的天价感觉。时间一定能把它练成为好茶，期待。

　　至于「江山美人（熟）」与「黄河青山（熟）」这「两款熟茶」，还是那么好喝；其中「江山美人（熟）」多了一份幼滑感。由 2014 年起，都能从「两款熟茶」茶汤之中，感受到轻微的熟茶陈香。基本上，如果藏有此套茶的茶友，一于拿这「两款熟茶」来品茗吧！反正喝都可以喝好几年，今天，风味好，口味佳，大益高端熟茶，相信没有甚么投诉的（包括价格）。如果藏有两套或以上的茶友，把这「两款熟茶」喝光后，也许就是时候回头喝这套茶的另外「两款生茶」，时间接应的刚好。

　　2014 年喝「百年回甘（生）」的最大感受是最初的苦涩度再次向下降低。2011年，浮雲如此说：「《百年回甘》由于苦涩度为中上，对某些茶友来说，口味可能会重了一点，若拿来现饮的话，会感到仍然青ＢＢ。」但三年过去了，这种苦涩度，进一步降低，因此，浮雲预期日后，此茶将会相当有其陈化特色。

　　总括而言，「两款生茶」开始渐入佳境；「两款熟茶」则更为醇厚迷人。最后，预祝各位茶友在 2015 年买到心仪的好茶！

今日东和均价是8900一套，实际成交价不需要这个数，折合人民币按357克算也不到400一饼，价格也不贵。这套茶最高时曾经跑到一万三四，回落到这个价也是有大品牌风范。我说对吗，浮云兄。因为我也有一套。现价和出厂价也贵不了多少了，起码等了三年有多。时间成本摆在那里。
